Policy:

Client authorizes that Preston-Beachwood LLC, dba JJ Preston Photography, may use any and all digital images taken of their event for any marketing purpose. If you wish an exclusion of this policy, please request so in writing.

Preston-Beachwood LLC holds the copyright to all photos taken at client's event and grants the client unlimited worldwide and universal use in any media as well as the right to duplicate all of said photos at any time.

Any changes to this booking after it is confirmed may incur extra fees and must be made in writing between Preston-Beachwood LLC and the signer.

All deposits and payments are non-refundable but are transferrable to another date of service, based on photographer's availability. Refunds of any amount are solely at our discretion on a case by case basis - No refunds will be given if cancelled 30 days or less before Date of Service.

Services may easily be added up to 1 week prior to your wedding date but will be based on availability. Some services may not be available on short notice.

Hosting of client's images on our website is offered as a convenience to client and usually posted within 14 days of date of service. In peak season, this time may be longer. Hosting the images is an additional complimentary service, posted at the discretion of Preston-Beachwood LLC, however, is not guaranteed or required by contract.

Delivery fees may apply to certain additional services &/or products.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Cancellation of confirmed services may result in service fees at our discretion.

Fees for some services may be higher on high-demand days: New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Same Month/Day/Year dates such as 8/8/08, etc.

Preston-Beachwood LLC will not be held responsible for any product delivered or service rendered to this event that has been arranged by someone outside our company or without our knowledge.

Preston-Beachwood LLC cannot be held liable for any situations preventing the above services from being rendered resulting from inclement weather, road closures, civil emergencies, client default, state or county ordinance changes, or acts of God. In the unlikely event that the date and time reserved in this document must be altered due to any of the above events excluding client default, every effort will be made to complete these arrangements based on our availability.

Signer and any of signer's guests agree to hold Preston-Beachwood LLC blameless in the event that any accident or injury occurs in the area where the service(s) is being provided throughout the time of said service(s).
